Dr. Concannon oversees emergency and critical care services at CVS' Ontario facility. He has practiced exclusively as an emergency/critical care clinician since 1989. Prior to becoming a partner in CVS, Dr. Concannon was a founder and co-owner of Escondido Veterinary Urgent Care in Escondido, California from 1996-2000. 

Dr. Concannon earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University.
